Delicious Strawberry Teas

Strawberry teas are delicious hot or cold. You can also make your own recipe or buy an already made tea.

Here are some fun tea facts:

• You may be very surprised to find out that botanists do not classify the strawberry as a true berry. Berries - such as blueberries, mulberries and cranberries - have their seeds inside. As you well know, strawberries on the other hand have their seeds on the outside.

• Here is another fun fact: Native American Indians have a different name for strawberries, "heart-seed berries." They used them in some corn bread recipe which some clever colonists copied and named "strawberry shortcake."

• One strawberry - on average - contains 200 seeds!
