Chocolate Anise Cookies: MethodIn a medium size bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, ground anise seed and salt. Set aside. Cream the butter and the sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time and cream until your batter is light in color and texture. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture. Blend until well combined. Add the chocolate chips and again mix until well combined. Divide your dough into two portions. On a floured surface, roll each portion of dough into a log.
