Make Delicious Prosciutto Tea Sandwiches

These prosciutto tea sandwiches are delicious and quite exotic. They are a perfect blend of very different flavors.

By now, you may be wondering what on earth is prosciutto?

Prosciutto is the Italian word for "ham." The process to make prosciutto involves using ham that is salted and then air dried for a period of up to two years. Yup, two years! After curing, prosciutto is sliced into paper thin slices. This ham is full of flavor and it is delicious.

After making these tea sandwiches, please take a minute and come back to leave a review.
