Buttermilk Honey Scones: IngredientsIn a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together with a whisk. Cut in the butter and
mix well with either the tip or your fingers or a pastry blender. Make a well in the center of your flour mixture. Add the honey and the buttermilk. Blend with a fork or a wooden spoon. The dough will be sticky...when the fork - or spoon - is no longer effective, turn your dough onto a floured surface. Dip your hands in flour as well so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Knead a few times - 3 to 5. Roll out your dough with a rolling pin. Bake at 375 degree F for 16 to 18 minutes. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over your buttermilk scones. Serve them while still warm.
