Kadinbudu Kofte ~ Turkish Meatball Recipe

In Turkish cuisine, kadinbudu kofte are meatballs made with rice, dipped in eggs and fried and these meatballs are good! They passed the kid test at my house and that is big! Around here, we like having themed tea parties.

Mamoul cookies - also called Ma'amoul or Maamoul - are date and nut filled Middle Eastern cookies and they are delicious! They are flavored with orange blossom water which I love! I have been told Ma'amouls can also be flavored with rose water...both of which - orange water and rose water - can be found in Asian and Middle Eastern markets or online.

This mix makes wonderful muffins!!

This is a simple banana cake recipe. It is a gluten free recipe but you can so easily make it into a regular moist banana cake recipe by just simply replacing the gluten free mix with all-purpose white flour. I use my own gluten free mix. I would assume that you can use any gluten free mix in place of mine.
