Fresh Fruit Kabobs With Dip Recipes
Fresh fruit kabobs can be served at just about any tea party. Obviously, fruits are more easily found in the spring and summer.
Use fruits that are ripe but not overly so. They must be firm and flavorful. Bruised fruits will be mushy and will not be suitable for your kabobs.
If you do not want to go through the trouble of making kabobs, this is not a problem. Just make a fruit salad. It will work just as well as the kabobs.
You must make whatever makes you most comfortable and the least stressed.
As for the dips, you are more than welcome to chose one or more than one. Again, whatever fits your budget and your time constraints is what will
work best.
After making these fruity snacks, please come back and leave your review or a dip recipe of your own!

Fruit Kabobs with Coconut Dip
- 1 1/2 cups of plain yogurt - or vanilla
Note: I used homemade yogurt which is runnier than the store bought variety. In which case I used 1 tsp.
of konjac flour. It is tasteless, has no calories and adds much needed fiber in your diet.
- 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
In a medium size bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Leave in the fridge until ready to use.
