Pin It Examples of Easter TeasEaster teas are varied and so good. By the time Easter comes around Spring is here...and you have your choice of hot or cold teas. Did you know that for you tea may just be a great beverage but for some tea is serious business! Tea tasting can be - and is - just as elaborate as wine tasting! In fact, tea tasters do follow similar steps to taste tea. They rely on four senses:
Visual and Touch: The look of the dry tea leaves can tell you a lot about the tea itself. Tea that is fresh will "bounce" back faster than old tea which will crumble more easily between your fingers. Moreover tea experts also look at the dust, fiber and stalk of the tea as well as the leaf size. Smell and Vision: After your tea has steeped. Inhale the aroma. Observe the color of your tea. Did you know that the color of your tea does not necessarily indicate the strength of your tea? Taste: Tea experts sip a little tea and swish around to ensure that the tea is spread all over the oral cavity and therefore they can experience all the teas different notes: sweet, bitter, sour, etc. But do not worry, you do not need to be a tea expert in order to enjoy a nice cup of tea....and while you are at it, why don't give one of these teas a try...then come back and leave your review. ![]() Easter TeasTea Blends
